Bresette + Company receives web design award for Timberland's "Make It Better" web site at NH Internet Awards
Bresette + Company receives recognition for their interactive and print designs on an ongoing basis. On March 8, 2006 the web site created for Timberland’s community involvement initiative, Make It Better, received second prize at the NH Internet Awards for Best Business Service Site. One of three sites recognized in the category, make-it-better.org is a hallmark of Bresette interactive excellence.
“It was exciting to create the site. Meeting the challenge of navigating a critical deadline and creating a quality product is always a boost to my team and very stimulating. I am proud to receive the recognition, and proud to be involved with what the site highlights”, states Charlie Howell, Director of Interactive Services.
The interactive design team at Bresette created the site in 2005, under a tight time frame. Timberland was so pleased with the results that they elected to keep the site up when initially it was meant for seasonal usage. The Bresette site architecture highlights the nature of caring and compassion that elevates Timberland above other corporations with global reach. The site evidences the support they provide for their employees to get involved with their communities through days of service, including Earth Day and the seventh annual global “Serv-a-Palooza”.
Bresette is pleased to be chosen to showcase the type of service and community investment that makes Timberland one of Fortune 1000’s “Top 100 Companies to Work For.”
