August 2004- Portsmouth, NH-Bresette + Company, Inc. is pleased to announce its third year of partnership with the Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). Since first entering business together in April 2002, NAREB and Bresette have developed an exceptional business model which included creating a successful brand image for the association and for the island itself. Together they have cultivated Nantucket Island Living, a monthly publication with a substantial distribution model showcasing the various real estate listings available in Nantucket. The magazine also features various highlights of the island, such as a Community Spotlight, dedicated to promoting a charitable organization on the island. to further enhance the visibility and accessibility of NAREB. For both efforts, Bresette received a Service Industry Advertising Award in early 2004.
After suffering a brief setback in 2001-2002 due to a slow economy and post September 11th concerns, Nantucket Real Estate surged in 2003 to capture its second most successful year to date. So far, 2004 stands to break last years mark, and even top the record set in 2000.
